Complaint filed against Ram Gopal Varma over his sexist Sunny Leone tweet
This International Women’s Day, while all the celebs were celebrating the essence of womanhood, Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma had different plans it appears. The Sarkar 3 director has recently been in the news for all the wrong reasons. After his controversial tweet to Tiger Shroff died down, he came up with a new one
On International Women’s Day, RGV took to his Twitter account and tweeted that he wishes it to be celebrated as Men’s Day. In another tweet he wrote that he wishes that all women gave men as much happiness as Sunny Leone does.
I wish all the women in the world give men as much happiness as Sunny Leone gives

Needless to say, RGV was slammed by the Twitterati for his blatant sexism.
RGV clearly crossed all his limits and while there are women, who are trying to make a difference in the society, there is someone like him who makes derogatory statements like these and even justifies it.
Reportedly, a complaint has been filed against Ram Gopal Varma by activist Vishaka Mhambre in Goa for his tweet.
RGV has just reacted on the tweet writing, “Filing counter against OverActivist wid 212 followers which wud b her family n friends, for disrespecting 18 lakh followers of @SunnyLeone
Last month, it was a picture of goddess Saraswati and a superimposed map of Andhra Pradesh on her veena, which got the filmmaker in trouble. He was also criticised for his tweet on Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No 150 poster, where he called it the “height of narcissism.”
