Dhruv Bhandari’s father Mohan Bhandari passes away

Tellydhamaal had recently reported that Star Plus serial ‘Tere Sheher Mein’ lead actor Dhruv Bhandari aka Mantu has quit the show on account of being unhappy with the change in his character from a positive to a negative one.

It is now reported that Dhruv Bhandari father Mohan Bhandari,  famous senior television actor has passed away.

Mohan has been recuperating from brain tumour and for the last one and a half years he had been confined to bed owing to his bad health. He passed away yesterday, 24 Setpember 2015 , evening around 7 PM

According to a source, “Mohan has been terminally ill and doctors were trying their best. But he could not battle the strenuous fight with the disease and breathed his last today.”

The extremely talented actor Mohan Bhandari appeared as the lovable father in one of the most popular shows on Zee Television titled ‘Saat Phere’. His appearance as the strict father of the female protagonist of the soap Saloni has earned him rave reviews.

Mohan Bhandari earlier appeared in several other serials including ‘Karz’, ‘Parampara’, ‘Jeevan Mrityu’, ‘Pathjhad’, ‘Gumraah’ and ‘Mile Sur Mera Tumhara’. He was also seen in a significant role in the much popular soap ‘Kittie Party’.
