Child actor Aakriti Sharma who essays the lead role of Kulfi in Star Plus recently launched show Kulfi Kumar Bajewala has received a lot of appreciation for her show as well as the show has garnering good ratings on TRP charts. The show tells the story of seven-year-old Kullfi and her talent of making a song on every situation.

The talented 7-year-old actress has learnt a lot of things including singing for her role. “Aakriti is a very enthusiastic and fearless child. She plays with the monkeys on the set, becomes friends with them, most recently she learnt horse-back riding as a part of her role for a scene in the show,” her show’s producer says.

An now, in the upcoming episodes of Kulfi Kumar Bajewala, Aakriti will be seen as a Sikh boy. In the sequence, Aakriti’s character Kullfi, who has lost her mother Nimrat (Shruti Sharma), will be seen leaving on a journey to Mumbai in search of her father Sikander Singh Gill (Mohit Malik). To dodge some people behind her, Kullfi will be seen donning an avatar of a Sikh boy.

“I really love my new look on the show as a ‘sardar’,” shared Aakriti. 

“I am learning to do things like boys from my older brother, to look like a boy. Everyone on the set also loves my look and finds it very cute,” she added.
