Sony TV serial Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai will soon come to an end
Here’s sad news for loyal fans of Sony TV’s Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai (YPNTKH).
As per latest reports, the show which features Namit Khanna (aka Siddhant) and Palak Jain (aka Anushka) i lead roles, will soon go off air. Despite a good story and good performances from its ensemble star cast, the show has found it difficult to survive in the TRP game and hence the channel had decided to pull the plugs.
Talking about the show going off air, actor Namit Khanna who essays the lead role of Siddhant, shared “I am disappointed, but numbers are anyways, not in my hand. I’d rather focus on the task, than pontificate on what and why. There is nothing lacking in the quality of the show compared to anything else you see on the tube.”
Palak Jain, aka Anushka, too added “Our show is not your normal saas-bahu story. Maybe that could be the reason why it has not found mass appeal. Having said that, it has become a loyal staple of all those who do watch it.”
“But being a positive person, I take home only the good points. My work has been appreciated by the channel. I also got a chance to essay different tracks. Last but not the least, it is no small feat to have landed a lead role within three months of entering TV,” ended Palak.
The show will have a happy ending where after high voltage drama on Anushka’s engagement (with Vedant) and confrontation between Siddhant and KK reddy, Anushka and Siddhant will get engaged and later marry.
